Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product is defective, we offer a straightforward refund process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@dragondaddy.co.nz within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the defect.
  3. We’ll guide you through the return process.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns for gift cards.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
